About Cindy Gasior and the Transitions Team

Cindy Gasior, founder and president of Transitions Home Staging, has been staging houses in the greater Tulsa area since 2005. Cindy was named the 2017 Top Ten In Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) Best Occupied Home Stager – United States and the 2017 Top Ten In RESA Best Vacant Home Stager –  United States.

Previously, Cindy was named the 2015 RESA Professional Stager of the Year – Occupied Category – United States as well as the 2014 Top Ten Professional Home Stager – USA and 2013 Top Ten Occupied Stager – North America. Cindy’s work was honored by the 2013 Tulsa Parade of Homes as Best Interior Décor in the $500,000-$699,000 price range.

Cindy and her team have a long record of success for staging more than 1,000 homes …and counting.

 

 

 

 

 

Nakyla Garrison is assistant home stager for Transitions Home Staging.

Nakyla majored in marketing and interior design at Oklahoma State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree.  Nakyla has 8 years of experience in staging and design.

She is also fluent in Spanish having taught English in Costa Rica.

Nakyla has a passion for staging and design especially helping home sellers prep their houses for prospective buyers.

 

 

 

Monica Butts is assistant home stager for Transitions Home Staging.

She graduated from Rogers State University with a bachelor’s degree in business and from Tulsa Community College with an associate degree in interior design.

With over 7 years of experience, Monica has worked on residential, commercial, and home staging projects. Monica really enjoys professional home staging for its creative challenges, fast pace and opportunities to style houses to appeal to the right buyers.

 

 

 

Walt Gasior is vice-president of marketing and logistics for Transitions Home Staging. He is a CSH Home Staging Expert and has been helping Cindy stage houses since 2010.  Walt also manages the Transitions website.

Walt earned degrees from the University of Notre Dame (BA – American Studies), Florida State University (MS – Criminology) and University of Illinois-Chicago (MBA – Management).
